How is peak CCU measured?

We track the highest number of players connected across your servers at any one moment in the billing month. Total unique players, playtime and server count never affect the bill.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards and the other methods PayNow shows at checkout. For Enterprise billing, email sales@thorium.ac.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free tier covers up to 20 concurrent players on one backend with every detection running in flag-only mode and three days of alert history. Alerts on Free arrive after a short delay and name the category rather than the check, and replays are for paid plans. It doesn't expire.

What happens after the trial?

Your first paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, managed at checkout. It is one trial per account, and choosing the Free plan first uses it. If it doesn't continue as a subscription you drop to the Free tier rather than losing protection: detections keep running, and you lose the higher player ceiling, enforcement and the longer history until you pick a paid plan.

What happens to my older detections?

Evidence is kept for 120 days on every plan, including Free. Your plan sets how far back you can read it, so upgrading shows the longer window straight away with everything that already happened in it, rather than starting a new one.

What happens if I exceed my CCU limit?

You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. We'll never shut down your protection without warning.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes. Pay for a year up front and you get twelve months for the price of ten, on every paid tier. Contact our sales team for custom enterprise pricing.
